Isaiah 53:3-5 He was despised and rejected by mankind, a man of suffering, and familiar with pain. Like one from who people hide their faces he was despised, and we held him in low esteem. Surely we took up our pain and bore our suffering, yet we considered him punished by God, stricken by him, and afflicted. But he was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was on him, and by his wounds we are healed.
Rejection is a demon.
Come to the gentleness of the Holy Spirit and find a release valve.
You are giving the devil legal ground when you don't cast your worry on the Lord.
2 Corinthians 10:3-5 For though we live in the world, we do not wage war as the world does. The weapons we fight with are not the weapons of the world. On the contrary, they have divine power to demolish strongholds. We demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ.
STRONGHOLD: A stronghold is a fortress, a castle, or citadel with exceptionally thick, very high walls. Prison.
The different ways you can be rejected :
- Rejected by parents
- Rejection of self
- Rejected by employers
- Rejected through divorce
- Rejection through a broken heart
- Rejection by spiritual leaders
The root of rejection is the result of mistaken identity. When you aren't firm in your identity in Christ the enemy helps build your personality.
